The first run was tough today probably because of the bad eating habits I had during the weekend. I had quite a few burgers/fries and I also ate at Famous Daves on Sunday. My calves were tight during this run, maybe my stride was a little different. Time to stretch em out and hopefully the weather isn't rainy again this afternoon. 2nd run went great. I guess I started to quickly and my stride was different earlier today. I ended up running 6mi, reaching the first milestone I set for myself. Next one is 12mi O_o….we'll see how that one goes.
